Cliff Exercise and More Episodes

It's that time of the week again folks, and this time we have a brand new exercise for you to get your hands on. A new landscape picture has been added called "Cliff Exercise", you can see it under the landscape section of the video gallery, alternatively, to head straight there, click here.We have also uploaded new episodes of the Ballerina, Old Barn and Christmas Card exercises, they can be found in your membership area.We also plan to upload a new "Boxer Dog" Exercise series either later today or tomorrow so keep an eye out for that. We have also had a few questions come in this week from our members and we have answered these on the Ask Colin Page.
